The pubs original accommodation.
We have two spacious but cosy en-suite rooms above the pub, named Leith & Lyvennet after rivers in the local area.
Handy if you are looking for a comfortable overnight B&B stay - without having to even go outside to get to your evening meal or breakfast!
Leith
Sleeps 1-2, en-suite
Named after one of the tumbling rivers through the Eden valley, our Leith room offers country comfort. A spacious room offering a large double bed which can be split into 2 singles, a dresser, a TV and an en-suite bathroom.
There is plenty of storage in the room and space for muddy boots/wet clothes to dry off under the radiators if necessary.
The armchair offers a cosy space for an early morning cup of tea or coffee - and a cheeky biscuit!
Lyvennet
Sleeps 1-2. en-suite
Another local river that passes through the Eden valley, our Lyvennet room offers country comfort with a lovely exposed brick feature wall. It offers a large double bed which can be split into 2 singles, a dresser, a TV and an en-suite bathroom.
There is plenty of storage in the room and space for muddy boots/wet clothes to dry off under the radiators if necessary.
A cosy reading corner is available with a plush armchair, reading lamp and coffee, tea and biscuits at arms reach.
