If you take a wander through the pub, you will probably notice wood carvings, painted pebbles and lot of other crafty touches. Stemming from landlady Penny's creative genius (the wizz behind the pub's art) the Strickland Arms will be setting up craft workshops hosted by local artists and teachers.

We will also be offering package deals so you can come and stay overnight (goodbye time pressure!) and enjoy a fabulous home-cooked meal after your workshop. 

Craft workshops are brilliant for the starting and experienced hobbyists, party groups, couples, friends, those looking for a creative, relaxing retreat alike!
